About the library :
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Mahavidyalaya’s Adv. Daulatrao Gulaji Jadhav Library, is one of the leading college library in Hatkanangale Taluka. It caters to the academic needs of students, faculty and other user groups of college and visitors from outside. The library has over 27000 printed books and it subscribes to over 31 national and international journals. Library is also a member of N-LIST Library consortium of INFLIBNET, under which it has access to e-journals and e-books. Library has established contacts with other colleges for inter-library loan. The library aims to be a leading library in all the fields of academic. It also aims to build a comprehensive collection of back volumes-bound volumes of journals in all departments. The library apart from users from the college is open to other academic and other users for reference. The library was named after Adv. Daulatrao Gulaji Jadhav Library on 8th February 2012. Adv. Daulatrao Gulaji Jadhav,who was an eminent educationist, politician, social worker and good friend of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

i) Users must show I-card to get access to
the library and should make necessary entry at the register maintained at the
entrance of the library.
ii) Pin drop silence is required to be
maintained in the library
iii) Keep your mobiles on silent mode while
entering the library. Do not talk on mobile while you are in library.
iv) Keep your belongings in the rack provided
at the entrance.
v) Eatables/Drinks are strictly not allowed
inside library.
vi) Each student can borrow 1 book.
vii) Reference material (Reference Books,
Periodicals, Newspapers) is meant for reading in the Library only and will not
be issued.
viii) Home reading books will be issued for 7
days & if not in demand, can be renewed twice. Students also can reserve
books that are in circulation.
ix) The loss of borrower card should be reported immediately to the Librarian. After submitting written application, duplicate borrower card will be issued.
