Department of sociology

The Department of Sociology was established in college during the academic year 1983-84. It offers UG course & certificate courses to the students. Developing analytical and critical abilities with employability is one of the main objectives of the department. Right from the establishment of the department, it is actively engaged in organizing various activities for the betterment of the students and the neighboring community. Departmental enrollment is always satisfactory and the department has a great tradition of results.
